These Terms of Service govern your use of Savor, a meal planning application and related website provided by Moonlight Apps. By using Savor, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Savor

Savor helps users create meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and nutrition estimates. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding whether any generated recommendation is appropriate for you.

Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

Savor does not provide medical advice. Meal plans, calorie estimates, macro estimates, and recipe suggestions are informational only. Consult a qualified professional before making diet, health, or medical decisions, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements.

Allergies and Food Safety

You are responsible for checking ingredients, labels, substitutions, storage, cooking temperatures, and preparation safety. Savor may make mistakes and should not be your only source for allergy or food safety decisions.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their terms, billing rules, cancellation processes, and refund policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of information, photos, and other content you submit. You grant Moonlight Apps the rights needed to process that content to operate, maintain, improve, and provide Savor.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Savor, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer the app, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Savor, including its design, software, branding, and content, is owned by Moonlight Apps or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Savor to you.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Savor at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlight Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of Savor.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use Savor in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Savor after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
